CD Audio is a free program that lets you play regular audio and mixed data audio compact discs. Along with all the features you'll find in the Windows CD Player applet, CD Audio offers support for the Internet-based CDDB (data retrieval only). You can also customize the display font, find out track information for discs (like frame position and disc ID), and check for a newer version of the program at the developer's Website.
The implemented internet component was developed by François Piette.

The DiscId (CD identifier) is generated by an algorithm from CDDB.
